We are an organisation that rescues cats and kittens that are unwanted, abandoned, or abused.

The animals are cared for at our premises in Mangere East, Auckland, where we bring them back to good health to go on to being adopted. All cats that leave the cattery are spayed or neutered, wormed, vaccinated and microchipped.

We welcome visitors to come and meet our beautiful rescue cats so we may find a perfect match and forever home for them.

Noon to 2pm every day except Fridays

Cats in need trust have a fundraising BBQ this weekend on Saturday 13th February outside the Mad Butchers on Massey Road, Mangere East. If you are in the area please stop by and show your support by buying a sizzling treat or to give us a donation for our furry friends!

Little Genevieve (pictured left) was adopted on Sunday 8th November and went to her new home in Kohimaramara. Unfortunately a window was left open and she got out. She will be very scared and if you sight her please don't approach her but call us immediately. Click here for more details.
