We are an organisation that rescues cats and kittens that are unwanted, abandoned, or abused.
The animals are cared for at our premises in Mangere East, Auckland, where we bring them back to good health to go on to being adopted. All cats that leave the cattery are spayed or neutered, wormed, vaccinated and microchipped.
xmas note
We welcome visitors to come and meet our beautiful rescue cats so we may find a perfect match and forever home for them.

There are many cases of horrific animal cruelty that happens in New Zealand and we have come across many in our time. There was a sad case that came to our attention recently and we'd like to highlight a case of how some cats are treated by 'humans'.  You'll find the story here.

Special thanks to our Mummy extraordinaire: Shakra
ShakraWe have a wonderful cat at the trust who was brought to us very timid, emaciated and who had just lost her litter. However, we have had several very small kittens abandoned or surrendered to us that Shakra has taken on as her own. She has helped mother these four little ones and all of them are now thriving.

Sadly, Shakra may not be with us for a very long time as she has a form of skin cancer. However, no matter what, she will leave a wonderful legacy and has saved many little lives.
